This tool converts values you enter for a reconstituted tirzepatide vial into insulin-syringe units. It does not tell you how much to take. Preset amounts (5000 mcg = 5 mg, etc.) are references, not recommendations.
Concentrated vials
Tirzepatide amounts are larger than most peptides, so vials are often concentrated (e.g. 30 mg in 1 mL = 30000 mcg/mL). The syringe warns you in red if a draw exceeds the selected capacity — add water or use a bigger syringe.
