  • 10 mg vial + 1 mL BAC water = 10000 mcg/mL. Enter 250 mcg → 0.025 mL → 2.5 units; enter 500 mcg → 0.05 mL → 5 units.
  • 10 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water = 5000 mcg/mL. Enter 250 mcg → 0.05 mL → 5 units — identical to the 5 mg-in-1 mL case, because the concentration matches.
